The Clearfield-Jefferson County Pennsylvania Drug and Alcohol Commission is the Single County Authority (SCA) for substance abuse services in the two-county area. The agency is responsible for the planning, funding, and coordination of local alcohol, gambling and other drug programs. Direct services provided by the Commission are Case Management, Prevention, Student Assistance Program services and trainings, Hepatitis C screenings and referrals. Treatment services are subcontracted to other agencies. The SCA is a private, non-profit corporation, governed by a Board of Directors and subject to the Sunshine Act. Monthly board meetings are open to the public and held on the fourth Tuesday of each month at 6:00 p.m. at the Commission office at 480 Jeffers Street, DuBois, PA.
