The SCA receives state and federal dollars through contracts with the Department of Drug and Alcohol Programs (DDAP) to plan, coordinate, programmatically and fiscally manage, and implement the delivery of drug and alcohol prevention, intervention, treatment services, case-management services and recovery support services to the residents of Washington County.

The SCA provides drug and alcohol intervention, prevention and treatment services to residents of Washington County through careful management of government funding. WDAC is located in the center of the city of Washington at 90 W. Chestnut Street on the 3rd Floor of the Millcraft Center. WDAC houses an administrative, fiscal, prevention, and case management (treatment) unit.
